Part 5 of ‘Worlds Collide,’ the 14-part DC/MILESTONE crossover event, continued from Icon (1993) #15. Steel agonizes over the decision to kill to end the violence in the streets of Washington, D.C. Then, a lead takes Steel back to Metropolis, where he is drawn into the reality-shifting dangers as ‘Worlds Collide!’ Guest-starring Superman, Superboy and Hardware.
