The woman Rusty accidently burned when his mutant fire abilities emerged (see X-Factor (1st Series) #1) returns, and the remorseful young man tries to make amends. However, Rusty will soon learn that making a deal with the malevolent Morlock called Masque is not too different than making a pact with the devil himself.
